How H2 Soccer collects, uses and protects the personal information of players, parents and visitors.

Effective October 2026

Who we are

H2 Soccer (“H2”, “we”, “us”) is a football training business based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, offering in-person and virtual training. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

  • Inquiries. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email or phone number, the program you’re interested in, and anything you include in your message, such as the player’s age, position or goals.
  • Training information. If you train with us, we may keep notes on the player’s development, sessions attended and goals.
  • Injury and health information. For rehab, return-to-play and injury-prevention programs, we ask only for the health details needed to plan safe training, such as the injury and any guidance from a doctor or physiotherapist.
  • Photos, video and testimonials. We may take photos or video during sessions and collect feedback from players. These are only published with consent, as described below.
  • Virtual sessions. Virtual sessions run on third-party video and messaging platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

How we use it

  • To reply to inquiries and schedule sessions.
  • To plan, deliver and track training safely.
  • To manage bookings and payments.
  • To share H2 news and offers, only if you’ve agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell personal information.

Players under 18

Many of our players are minors. For players under 18, we collect personal information from, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct or delete their child’s information at any time.

Photos, videos and testimonials

We only publish a player’s photo, video, name or testimonial on our website or social media with their consent, or a parent or guardian’s consent for players under 18. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the content from our website and our own social media accounts within a reasonable time.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run H2, such as website hosting, form and email tools, booking or payment services and video-call platforms, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada.

Website, cookies and embeds

Our website may use basic cookies or analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Content embedded from other services, such as Instagram, may set its own cookies under that service’s policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it securely. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, and limit access to the H2 team members who need it.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. If you have a concern we can’t resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
