How it works

    Reach out

Send us a message with the player’s age, position and goals. For players under 18, a parent or guardian gets in touch.

  2. 02

    Free first session

Follow @h2soccer on Instagram and your first 1-on-1 session is free. We meet the player, see where their game is today and talk through what they want to achieve.

  3. 03

    Your plan, then train

We recommend the right program and confirm the price. Sessions run 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, and you can pay by cash, e-Transfer or cheque.

Getting started

Who is H2 Soccer for?

Players of every age and level. We train players from U10 to adult, from grassroots beginners to academy, college-track and professional players, as well as adults in recreational leagues who want to keep improving.

Where do you train?

In-person sessions run across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario. Virtual programs are available anywhere, and we work with players outside Canada too.

Do I need to be at a certain level to join?

No. Every program is built around where the player is right now and where they want to go, whether that’s making their first team or earning a college or pro opportunity.

How do I book a session?

Send us a message through the contact form, on WhatsApp at +372 5887 2124, or by email at theh2network@gmail.com, with the player’s age, position and goals. We’ll follow up to schedule an intro session. For players under 18, please have a parent or guardian get in touch.

How long is a session?

Sessions run between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes.

What should players bring?

Their standard gear: cleats (or turf/indoor shoes for indoor sessions), shin pads, goalkeeper gloves for keepers, appropriate training clothes with an extra layer for colder days, and a water bottle. Players should also bring any personal medication they may need, such as an inhaler. All training equipment is supplied by H2.

Training

What do you train?

The complete player, across four connected pillars: technical (ball mastery and decisions at game speed), tactical (reading the game), physical (speed, power and durability) and mental (composure, confidence and resilience). See the method.

What is the Militérian Mind?

It’s H2’s mindset philosophy: the warrior mindset of fighting each day to become your best self. It runs through every session and is taught directly in our team mindset workshops and individual mindset sessions.

What’s the difference between in-person and virtual?

In-person sessions are on-field training in the GTA, one-on-one, in small groups or with full teams. Virtual programs cover what can be done remotely, including strength and conditioning plans, mindset sessions, mentorship and career advising, development planning, player CVs and highlight videos, and rehab and injury-prevention programs.

Do you offer rehab after an injury?

Yes. Our rehab and return-to-play programs help players rebuild strength, mobility and confidence after an injury, and our injury-prevention work helps reduce the chance of the next one. This work is training-based and doesn’t replace medical care, so see a doctor or physiotherapist for diagnosis first.

Who are the coaches?

H2 was founded by Habib Famuditimi, a professional footballer and former NCAA Division I player with a BSc in Kinesiology. He’s joined by ambassador Promise David and director Joshua Pulla. Meet the team.

Do you work with full teams and clubs?

Yes. We run team mindset workshops (The Militérian Mind) in person, and team culture and identity development virtually. Get in touch to plan something for your squad.

Pricing

How much does training cost?

Prices are listed as starting rates in Canadian dollars. For example, 1-on-1 sessions start at $70, strength and conditioning sessions at $60, and team mindset workshops at $300. Virtual programs start at $25. See every program and price.

Is the first session free?

Yes, for 1-on-1 sessions. Follow @h2soccer on Instagram and your first 1-on-1 session is on us. Mention it when you get in touch. The offer doesn’t apply to group, team, camp or virtual programs.

Why do prices say “starting at”?

Every player is different. Final pricing depends on the player’s needs, age, skill level, group size and program length. We’ll always confirm the price with you before you book.

How is small group and camp pricing set?

Small group training and camps or clinics vary with group size, training level and any discounts that apply, so there’s no single set price. Tell us about your group and we’ll give you a quote.

Do you offer discounts?

Discounts may apply, depending on the program and group. Ask when you get in touch.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, e-Transfer and cheque.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Need to reschedule? Just reach out and we’ll find a new time. Cancel at least 24 hours before your session and there’s no fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice have a $20 fee, and the rest of your payment is refunded.

Parents & privacy

Can parents watch sessions?

Yes. Parents are always welcome to come and watch.

My child is under 18. What do I need to know?

A parent or guardian should make the first contact and give consent for training. We only share a player’s photo, video or testimonial with consent, and a parent’s consent for anyone under 18.

How do you handle personal information?

We only collect what we need to run training, never sell it, and you can ask to see, correct or delete it at any time. Read our Privacy Policy.
